MINDFULNESS FOR MBSR graduates (1.5 hours)
If you've completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program or have an established meditation practice, you are welcome to join us at the Mindfulness for Life’s Challenges sessions. These sessions are offered on a drop-in basis and pre-registration is not necessary.
The purpose of this program is to encourage experienced meditators to continue their meditation practice (or to begin again), to offer community, and to build on the MBSR program.

This class is offered by donation (dana). Your contribution will help cover costs and support the continued running of this program.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a Yoga mat, a cushion or pillow, and a water bottle. Please consider dressing in layers and/or bringing socks and a wrap as the room can get chilly when we meditate.
