What to Expect
You’ll be guided through different meditations, in stillness and in movement, much like the Silent Saturday you may have attended. Please bring a lunch and anything you need to be comfortable (i.e. a yoga mat, a cushion/meditation bench, blankets). We’ll send more information to registrants a few days before the event.
Cost & Registration
This retreat is offered by donation (dana). There will be an opportunity to contribute by cash, cheque, or e-transfer on the day of the event. Your contribution will help cover costs and support the running of this program.
