MBSR DROP-IN Classes FOR GRADUATES AND EXPERIENCED MEDITATORS (1.5 hours)
If you've completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program or you have an established meditation practice, you are welcome to join us at the Mindfulness Meditation Drop-in for experienced Meditators on Thursday evenings.
The purpose of the Thursday Drop-In program is to encourage experienced meditators to continue their meditation practice and to offer community.
Drop-In classes are led by Priscilla M. Koop, PhD.
Classes are held at Grandview Heights Community Centre (attached to Grandview Heights School),
12603 63 Avenue, Edmonton AB. * Free Parking
The Drop-In rate is $20/class, payable at the door. Receipts will be offered.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a Yoga mat, a cushion or pillow, and a water bottle. Please consider dressing in layers and/or bringing socks and a wrap as the room can get chilly when we meditate.
The Mindfulness Institute.ca reserves the right to cancel this program due to unforeseen circumstances.
